The principals of Patronus Capital Advisors have successfully managed placement assignments and investments across a broad spectrum of private equity and alternative investment strategies, including buyouts, venture capital, mezzanine, special situations, distressed securities, real estate, energy, and international.
Patronus Capital Advisors works with clients at every step along the way of the complex process of raising capital. We have developed a proven methodology for helping clients achieve success:

Pre-marketing. Pre-marketing consists of initial tasks whose successful completion helps maximize the efficiency of the rest of the process. The most critical tasks are advising on the fund's investment strategy, structure and terms; developing a marketing strategy and timetable; properly positioning the fund; organizing due diligence; preparing high-quality materials to offer and market the fund; rehearsing and perfecting presentation skills; anticipating investor questions; and facilitating preliminary meetings with potential investors.


Marketing. In the marketing stage, we distribute offering materials; schedule and manage the roadshow to present the fund; follow up after meetings; and work with potential investors to help them with due diligence and onsite visits to the general partner's offices and portfolio companies.


Closing. As needed we help to construct the partnership agreement's terms and conditions, assist with investor negotiations and expedite the closing.
